Automated this and that, but the Amazon Kindle can actually make a Senior's life more enjoyable. It is simple to use, light weight, and if a 94 year old can use one without trouble, anyone can. It brings her the books she wants, in a larger print than the print books come in. They are cheaper too, which helps one maintain their budget, while letting the Senior have a better quality of life. Isn't that what it is all about? Letting them enjoy their remaining days?

Netflix is cheap, and more than that, it allows me to keep Mom entertained, while not distracting me from my own work. Who knows, I might become more productive, which means more income. Right now, that is a plus, because it ain't cheap looking after a lady of ninety four. The expenses are high, but more importantly, Mom can watch something she likes. No more having to try and figure out what to bring home, as the menu is there, and she can choose for herself. I really do love how this is working out.

Failed to hold Mom's attention, failed to entertain her so it was a bust. Frankly, wasn't a bad movie to rent, just not all that good, and the acting by supposed stars like Nicole Kidman was less than spectacular.
