Foods To Eat

Quickly read an article, about the foods one should be including in the diet for woman. I think that qualifies, as Mom is a woman, but the problem is, what is listed just isn’t what she likes. And that is what makes this a challenge, because how can you cook these foods, when she won’t eat them?

It is easy to say, add broccoli to the diet, but if she hates it?  How can you add it, without resorting to some trickery, such as mulching it up or something?

The five most important foods to include, that were listed at this site are:

  • Onions
  • Leafy Greens
    • Collared Greens
    • Spinach
    • Kale
    • Arugula
    • Watercress
    • Cabbage
    • Turnip Greens
  • Beans

Okay, and just what is Arugula? Collared Greens? Turnip Greens?

And have you seen the price of WILD salmon?  And why WILD, why are farm raised not also just as beneficial?
