Consider how many patients Beacon Community Services administers to, and multiply that amount by them. Yet when did VIHA bother to send in someone to make sure the services supplied, are what is being paid for? So much for being Conservative, don't you think? Sort of more like spendthrift is you ask me.

Yet both Beacon Community Service & VIHA seem to ignore that reality. Heck, they don't even bother to follow up on the care being supplied, until someone raises blue murder, then they just run & hide even more, or so it seems. There is no concern about the patient, no communication, to help solve issues. It is all dependent on the patient iniating all forms of contact, if they are able. How is this home support?
