Is it because of wages, or cost of equipment? Or is it a system that is bloated with largress? Then could it perhaps simply be, that we have forgotten what health care is really about, which is to provide health care to those in need? Are we looking at health care to be a cash cow? Why do we expect health care to actually be in the black? The issue rests on how you perceive it. We all need it, but some thing that if they have the money, they should be entitled to more than what the average joe gets, but it is the average joe, who perhaps needs it the most. Yet they can't afford it, so do we compromise our values, and let them swing, or do we step up and make Health Care something for everyone to benefit from, irrespective of whether it makes money?

All you tell them, is how long they have, and the number to sign in and sign out. Like that is going to help an elderly patient on their own? And what qualifications are they seeking, when they hire these people? How do the patients know that they are capable of doing the task, like bathing, like spotting trouble signs?
