		<description><![CDATA[Once again Beacon Community Services has thrown a wringer into Sunday.
This time, not only did they change the schedule, and worker, but sent one who&#8217;s native language isn&#8217;t English.  Now, that doesn&#8217;t mean its bad, unless the person&#8217;s ability to communicate in English is so bad, no one can totally understand every word spoken.

Myself, I prefer the word &#8220;Patient&#8221; to &#8220;Client&#8221; but it makes it easier for those in power, to &#8220;CANCEL&#8221; needed services for people, without remorse, or twang of conscience.
