The inability of VIHA to monitor BCS and to be a check on this company is resulting in the slow death of my mom. At 93 she deserves better from her government, as well as from this so called non profit company. Due to their inability to properly provide the services they are under contract for, they are causing undue stress & worry that weakens the heart, and the resolve.

Life sucks, but there are things we can hold onto, that we can be glad to have. Like a mother who is 93, difficult, but still alive and kicking. A wife who does care, just doesn't know quite how to show it 24/7. To be alive.

Yet consistently, substitute workers seem incapable of basic caring skills. Such as claiming to know how specialized creams should be applied, when they don't even know what the creams are, that have been prescribed.
