You struggle to get regular workers, who suddenly get shifted elsewhere, is punishing the patient, is uncaring.

The added stress will have an impact on the entire day, not just for the few hours of inconvenience. This is why there must be checks and balances, which VIHA DOES NOT HAVE IN PLACE. Patient care is sub standard for in home support workers, but VIHA & GOVERNMENT simply do not care.
