Today it seems the mantra is about disposable people. Seniors don't pay taxes, or work, so they simply are irrelevant to Government. For businesses like Beacon, they are merely a commodity that has a ready supply of, so why worry if you kill a few off. There are lots more to replace them with.

IF the Government and Beacon Community Services have their way, it won't be for much longer. Instead of providing quality home care, they border on actual Abuse. They knowingly send in untrained workers, alter schedules, in order to keep the Senior from enjoying their remaining days on earth. They don't have to worry, they can afford private health care, or so they think. Perhaps it is time to hire a good lawyer, and find a way to stop this uncaring, this hateful abusive practise, that puts our loved ones, in the hands of greedy people. Perhaps it is time to stop thinking only of how much money one can make, but about how we treat people who have given their lives building this country.

Then you might find out before the substitute shows up. Course the worker isn't told until the last minute either, but hey, who cares, they are just employees. More important that the CEO of Beacon Community Services is guaranteed her quarter of a million dollar salary, than proper employees are hired, and trained for their job. Besides, old people are about to expire, so what's the big deal, right?
