But it is also just as important to maintain a sense of continuity, so that when problems first pop up, they can be noticed & attended to. That alone will save money in health care costs, and far outweighs the money saved today by supplying incompetent, poorly trained, home support workers.

The added stress will have an impact on the entire day, not just for the few hours of inconvenience. This is why there must be checks and balances, which VIHA DOES NOT HAVE IN PLACE. Patient care is sub standard for in home support workers, but VIHA & GOVERNMENT simply do not care.
