How does anyone go into a job, not knowing what the duties are? Care plans exist, online, why don't workers read them? Or are they simply not online, or not up to date? There has to be a better way to provide quality care for older people. It shouldn't rest on the family shoulders to tell workes what their duties are.

One cannot rely on the schedule, as posted, even if that is merely 12 hours prior to the time of arrival. The added stress put on the patient, daily, only makes their life more complicated, more distressing. Yet that seems to be the goal of both VIHA and BCS.
